Shula Soleman. Graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts in Kurdistan Iraq and She left her country in 2004 to start a new life. She is a sculptor who explores her Iraqi heritage and social issues, especially women through sculpture and diverse media, Shula Suleiman illustrates the profound loss of her northern Iraqi heritage and identity as a Kurdish woman now exiled in England.
After moving to the UK in 2004, she continued she tried to build communication with others through art, her conceptual works result in obtaining knowledge from everyday experience rather than doctrine.
